This base module for the Miami Deep Seating Teak Sectional offers a very sleek design complimented with thick cuts of premium grade teak wood. Three standard cushion options are available to allow you to pick the best color for your surroundings. Choose from off-white cushions with off-white cording, bronze cushions with off-white cording and navy blue cushions with off-white cording. You can also choose to upgrade your cushions to your choice of Sunbrella fabric. The quality of this teak sectional is sure to surpass your expectations!

Assembly:

This particular teak furniture will be delivered in a complete knocked down (KD) form in a flat square or rectangle box to keep the cost of shipping to a minimum. You will be required to fully assemble this piece once you open the box. Detailed instruction and all special tools (in most cases) like Allen wrenches will be provided.

Material Specifications:

Our Teak is primarily knot free and maintains a uniformity in grain and color. Our teak has been properly kiln-dried for low wood moisture content so that the milled parts will hold their shape over time without warping. We use the best available teak on the market, Grade A. Our teak wood contains high density levels of the natural oils and resins that make teak wood such an outstanding material for use in the construction of outdoor furniture.

Due to size and weight limitations, this product cannot be delivered using regular shipping methods. The product will require shipping by truck with scheduled local delivery. Truck deliveries are delivered curbside. The driver will bring your order to the back of the truck, but is not responsible for unloading your items nor is he required to assist in bringing your items indoors. Have adequate help lined up for unloading your items. Be sure to inspect all items delivered before signing. If no comment is made on the delivery bill you sign, you will be accepting the delivery as complete and undamaged unless noted on the delivery slip.
