I was very happy with the help I received from Patricia and Blake. They took the time to tell me if the fabrics I was thinking of using for my bench cushion would go together, whether I needed a cording on the pillows, and most of all they made sure I would get my order before the date of my party. They were very helpful and patient, and sent me e-order confirmations and pricing info very quickly.

The bench cushion is absolutely perfect, better than i had hoped for. wish it had come a little quicker, but that's just because i'm impatient. the delivery time was acceptable and it was not delayed - in fact i think we received our product ahead of the expected date of delivery.
